Tate Wheeler is a former Division 1 State Wrestling Champion from Neenah, WI. Tate went on to be a two sport athlete (Wrestling and Football) at St. Cloud State University. Tate started his coaching career in 2009 as the Assistant Head Coach for Varsity Wrestling in New Richmond, WI. Tate coached high school wrestling and football from 2009-2014. He holds one of the top certifications for training athletes as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Tate and his wife Bridget have 3 children: Turner (10), Maddox (8), and Diem (5).
Paul Searle has coached, taught, and mentored youth for the last 16 years. Paul has coached football, wrestling, baseball, and soccer. Paul has lived in Rosemount for 5 years. When he is not coaching, Paul spends time with his family and is active in his church and giving back to the community. Paul and his wife Kaitlin have 4 children: Aiden (16), Ethan (11), Adelaide (6), and Porter (4).
